Jerry Dillon experienced a life-changing spiritual conversion when he received the Holy Ghost on July 31, 1968, during a revival at Rock Hill Pentecostal Church in Monticello, Mississippi, an event that marked the beginning of a lifetime devoted to ministry and the work of God. Soon afterward he attended Pentecostal Bible Institute in Tupelo, Mississippi, where he was invited to serve as a pastoral assistant at Pleasant Hill United Pentecostal Church in Corinth, gaining early experience in pastoral ministry. 

Feeling the call to evangelism, he began traveling and preaching full time, ultimately dedicating ten years to evangelistic ministry and witnessing many powerful revivals, including services where dozens were baptized and many received the Holy Ghost. 

Throughout his ministry he has remained passionate about evangelism, church growth, and reaching communities with the gospel, and he continues to serve the Kingdom of God alongside the leadership of Parkway Church while also contributing to the broader work of the United Pentecostal Church International as a Presbyter in the Mississippi District. 

Ken Dillingham is the founder and lead pastor of Lifeway, driven by a God-given vision to see a multiplying disciple-making movement spread across the Miami Valley and beyond. Alongside his pastoral ministry, he is also involved with The Dillingham Group, an initiative devoted to helping churches experience the kind of Kingdom advancement that comes through the rapid multiplication of disciples. Through years of study, collaboration with leaders across the country, and hands-on ministry experience, he has focused on understanding and implementing effective multiplication principles within an Apostolic context, equipping churches to pursue missional growth and sustainable disciple-making movements. Pastor Ken and his wife, Stephanie, live in Beavercreek Township with their two daughters, Audrey and Avary, and their Labradoodle, Annie. In the rare moments of spare time he has, you might find him on a golf course or continuing to connect with leaders and pastors through The Dillingham Group.
