Your registration fee includes lodging from Monday night through Wednesday night, as well as meals during your stay.
Campers need to bring their own clothing, bedding, towels, and hygiene products.
Your registration includes the following meals:
Family pricing applies to families staying together in the same room. If a family wishes to stay in two separate rooms, they must register as two separate family units, based on the number of individuals in each room.
Examples:
Our largest rooms have eight single beds (four bunks). Families larger than eight may want to book as two separate units unless they are comfortable sharing bed space.
Please note that all regular registration rooms share communal shower and bathroom facilities. These facilities are centrally located and maintained for cleanliness and accessibility.
For those staying in the Glacier Lodge, each room includes a private bathroom.
Men: Clothing should be modest in both style and fit. Hair must be above the collar and should not cover the ears. Sleeveless shirts, shorts, and jewelry are not permitted.
Women: Clothing should be modest in both style and fit. Sleeves must be of an appropriate length. Dresses or blouses with low-cut fronts or backs are not permitted. Pantsuits and miniskirts are not allowed. Dress and skirt lengths must reach the knee. Makeup and jewelry are not permitted.
Campers who are found guilty of theft or malicious damage, whether by confession or evidence, will forfeit all privileges and must leave the campgrounds within 12 hours. The responsible party must provide restitution for any damages.
All attendees must receive approval from their local pastor before registering for Family Camp. This ensures that all registrants are part of a local church and align with the purpose and values of the camp. Please confirm with your pastor before proceeding with registration.
Each family unit should register as an attendee and then add family members (other than the primary contact) in the designated field. Only use the "Add Attendee" button when registering as a split family unit or when registering multiple families.
